S4S has thirteen shops with three online stores under well-known shoe store brands like Ecco Shoes, Skechers, and Nike. They also partner with established Icelandic brands in the industry of shoes and clothes. Our mission was to increase the sale of electronic gift cards entirely online without losing business through more conservative gift card sales methods.
Gift to Wallet boosted online gift card sales so effectively that it enabled S4S to launch a new TV advertising campaign. The campaign’s core was offering gift cards to customers that would not expire.
Before partnering with us, S4S was working with a bank, and the bank would hold the cash flow for newly issued cards. If you did not use the card timely, the bank would benefit. In addition to eliminating this costly partnership, we could implement a solution to make all credit notes completely electronic by issuing digital gift cards to customers who returned products.
Through our partnership, S4S could learn more about its customer base. S4S utilized our comprehensive administrative portal to track their gift cards and communicate with customers. As a result, S4S was able to send push notifications to notify their customers of the essential gift card information. Because of this partnership, when a customer with a gift card enters a shopping center home to S4S brands, they receive a friendly text reminder to notify them of the option to use their gift card in the nearby store.
